From first conversation to launch.

  1. Tell me about your business

    A short message or conversation is enough to begin. We’ll discuss what customers need and what you want the website to do.

  2. Agree the work and price

    I’ll set out the pages, features, content, costs and delivery dates in writing before you commit.

  3. Build, approve and launch

    We work through the design and your feedback, then launch when you approve it. Hosting, routine care and agreed updates continue each month.

Can you replace my current website?

We can plan a replacement around your existing domain, content and customer journeys. We review access, any third-party services and the changeover before agreeing the work.

What happens to my domain and business email?

Your domain and business data remain yours. We check your existing hosting and email arrangements before making changes, so the website and email are considered together. Domain and email services are priced separately.

Do I need to supply the words and photographs?

You supply your business details, text and images with permission to use them. I help organise and polish them. More substantial writing or new photography can be discussed and quoted separately.

How long will it take?

We agree a delivery date around the scope, your content and my availability before work starts. I’ll explain what I need from you and when feedback is due.

How do I ask for changes?

Send me the details of the change. Your monthly hour covers small changes to existing content, such as prices, photographs and opening hours. New pages or features are quoted before work starts.
