Your payments start once we’ve agreed and signed the scope. Your monthly price stays the same until you cancel. Domains, business email and paid third-party services cost extra, with costs agreed upfront.
Want to edit your site yourself, take bookings, sell online or build an app? We’ll give you a quote based on what you need.
Your domain and content are always yours. The website we create for you is yours to keep after 12 full monthly payments. If you leave sooner, you can choose to pay the remaining build balance to take the work completed so far. Third-party licences still apply.

The right features for you
Content editing, bookings, shops and bespoke apps are scoped and quoted around what you need. For a content managed website, I can include editor access, training and handover notes.
Care beyond launch
Hosting, SSL, maintenance and backups are taken care of, with 60 minutes each month for small content updates. Unused minutes don’t roll over; fixing defects in my work won’t use your allowance.
A clear path to launch
You supply the text, images and business details; I help polish and organise them. Before work starts, we agree a delivery date around the work, your content and my availability. Design includes two revision rounds, with feedback gathered together each time.

Your subscription continues each month at the agreed price until you cancel. Your website, hosting and included care stay together while it’s active.
There’s no fixed end date. Your monthly price stays the same after the first year unless we agree a change in writing.
Can I cancel anytime?Yes — stop renewal whenever you need to.
You can stop renewal at any time, even in the first month. Hosting and care continue until the end of your paid billing period. There’s no compulsory buyout.
You can take the completed bespoke website after 12 full monthly payments cover its build value, or choose to pay the remaining balance sooner. Your domain, supplied content and business data are always yours. Moving the site and future support are quoted separately before work starts.
Can I ask for changes?Your monthly hour covers small content updates.
While subscribed, use your included hour for small content changes within the existing design. New pages, layouts, functionality and troubleshooting get a separate quote. Corrections to defects in my work don’t use your hour.
Ordinary support requests are acknowledged within two working days; completion depends on the work. After cancellation, support is quoted per request.
