Clear terms. No surprises.
Here’s how payments, updates and ownership work. We agree the details of your project in a written scope and signed agreement before you commit.

Price & what’s included.
Websites start from £59 per month with £0 setup. Payments start once we’ve agreed and signed the scope. Your monthly price stays the same until you cancel, unless we agree a change in writing.
Your starting website includes
- Design and build within the agreed scope.
- A responsive layout, basic search setup and an enquiry form.
- Hosting, SSL, backups and routine maintenance.
- 60 minutes of small content updates each month.
Quoted around your needs
Editing the site yourself, booking systems, shops, apps and integrations are individually quoted. Domains, business email and paid third-party services cost extra.
We agree these costs upfront. There are no standard page, staff or product limits: your written scope sets out what’s included.
Planning & launch.
Your content and feedback
You supply your business details, text and images, with permission to use them. We help organise and polish what you provide. The design includes two combined rounds of feedback within the agreed scope.
Dates and approval
We agree a delivery date before starting. Late content, access or feedback can move that date. You approve the final content and launch. We can’t guarantee search rankings, enquiries or sales.
Updates & support.
Your monthly hour covers supplied text, photos, prices and other small content changes within the existing design. Unused time doesn’t carry over. Fixing faults in our delivered work doesn’t use your allowance.
Extra time, new pages, layouts, features, substantial copywriting and troubleshooting are quoted before work starts. Adding features may involve a setup fee and an agreed monthly increase, without resetting ownership progress on the original website.
We acknowledge ordinary requests within two working days and agree a completion estimate after reviewing the work.
What you own.
Your domain, supplied content and business data are always yours.
The agreed build value is 12 times your starting monthly price. Each of your first 12 full monthly payments reduces that value by your original monthly price. Once it’s covered, the bespoke work is yours under your signed agreement.
Your subscription continues at the same price after the first year. Later price changes don’t change this starting value or restart the 12-payment count. Third-party software, reusable tools and assets keep their own ownership and licence terms.
Cancelling & handover.
You can cancel at any time, including in your first month. Renewal stops at the end of your paid billing period, when hosting and included care also end. There’s no extra notice period or compulsory buyout.
- If the build value is covered: you can take the completed bespoke work with you.
- If you leave sooner: you can choose to pay the remaining build balance, or leave without buying the website.
- In either case: we return your supplied content and business data.
Once the build value is covered, we provide the completed website files, available content exports and existing handover notes. Third-party licence restrictions still apply. You arrange new hosting; moving the site for you and any later support are separately quoted. Ongoing hosting and care end when your subscription ends.
Projects & agreements.
Apps and other bespoke work
These have their own scope and quote, covering deliverables, dates, payments, ownership, hosting, support and third-party costs.
Earlier agreements
These subscription terms apply to new projects agreed on this basis. Existing signed agreements keep their own pricing, ownership and cancellation terms unless we both agree a written change.
Using this website
Case studies explain each project’s status, including independent products and work in progress. Screenshots show the actual interfaces; app screens use demonstration data.
An enquiry or free review doesn’t create a contract. Your signed project agreement contains the complete terms, including how changes, cancellations and disputes are handled.
